7.2 User Responsibility

All reminders and tasks set within the App are created and managed by users. We do not monitor, verify, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, or appropriateness of any reminders created by users.

7.3 No Medical or Emergency Services

While the App may be used to set medication reminders, it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions of your healthcare provider. Do not rely on this App for emergency or time-critical medical situations.

7.4 Account Deletion and Feature Impact

If you choose to delete your account or request deletion of your personal data, you will lose access to all reminders and settings associated with your account. We will notify you of any functionality impacts before processing your request.

7.5 Your Acknowledgment

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the reminders you create and the actions you take based on them
• We are not liable for any missed reminders, errors, or consequences arising from the use of the App
• It is your responsibility to ensure that device notifications are properly configured to receive reminders

8. Security Measures

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password, enable device lock, and keep your login credentials confidential.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is designed for users of all ages, with an age rating of 4+ on the Apple App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent.

• If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
